Abstract

The article discusses the development and construction of a bench mine well designed for factory testing of a mobile mine well cleaning and disinfection unit. The relevance of the study is due to the need to increase the efficiency of operation of decentralized water supply sources subject to siltation and microbiological contamination. The purpose of the work is to create a test bench that allows reproducing the real operating conditions of mine wells and providing a comprehensive check of the functional and resource characteristics of the installation. The design of the bench well provides modeling of the main operational parameters, including geometry, depth, presence of bottom sediments and water inflow. Place of work: Almaty region, Enbekshikazakh district, Saimasay village. The project provides for the creation of an adjustable bench mine well with a depth of up to 30 m and a diameter of 1.0–1.2 m.the structure is implemented in the form of prefabricated reinforced concrete rings or a monolithic structure with an internal casing. Engineering design, modeling of hydrogeological conditions and experimental tests were used as research methods. These approaches ensure that the object of the study is considered in conditions as close as possible to actual operation, and contribute to increasing the reliability of the results obtained. This, in turn, allows you to evaluate the efficiency of the installation in various modes. The paper describes the design features of the stand, the test procedure and the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the main components of the installation. Conducting tests on the developed stand makes it possible to identify the design flaws of the equipment, optimize its operating modes and increase the reliability of the system as a whole.
