Abstract
Raspberries belong to the Rosaceae family (RosaceaLuss.). The genus Rubus L. subgenus raspberry (Idaebatus) includes more than 120 species. Many of them have red, yellow, white or black berries. Various varieties of red raspberries (Rubusidaebatus L.) are grown in production. In recent years, much attention has been paid to the creation of repair-type varieties. Raspberries are one of the most valuable berry crops. It is a short-lived and fruitful crop.
The article discusses the economic efficiency of growing repair raspberries as a promising crop for farms and agricultural enterprises. The analysis of the costs of planting and caring for the plantation, yield, sales level and profitability was carried out. The calculations of efficiency indicators and recommendations for optimizing agricultural technologies to increase profits are presented. The study was conducted in the farms "Aidarbayev", "Khishkov" and the nursery "Semirechye" of the Enbekshikazakh district of the Almaty region. The object of the study was varieties of repair raspberries. Promising varieties of repair raspberries bred in Russia: Bryanskoe Divo, Caramel, Orange miracle, Nizhegorodets, Raspberry Ridge, Hybrid-39, introduced varieties of Polish breeding – Polka and Polana. Raspberry variety Polka was taken as a control. Repair raspberries are becoming increasingly popular among farmers due to their high yields, the possibility of obtaining two harvests per season and resistance to diseases. In the context of the growing demand for fresh and processed berries, the analysis of the economic feasibility of its cultivation is of particular importance.
